Refund Policy

At TeeZone, customer satisfaction is our priority.

  1. Returns

    • Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or wrong item delivered.

    • Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery by emailing mailtoteezone@gmail.com.

  2. Refunds

    • Once the returned product is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

    • Refunds are not applicable for size/color preference issues as products are made-to-order (POD).

  3. Cancellations

    • Orders can be cancelled only within 6 hours of placing them. After processing/dispatch, cancellations are not allowed.

  4. Non-Returnable Items

    • Personalized, customized, or used products cannot be returned or refunded.
